Rachael Avara joined the SB team in February of 2013 and is currently the lead event producer at STEPHANIE BRADSHAW. In that role, Rachael is responsible for managing and overseeing beginning-to-end execution of all weddings, social, and corporate events. She provides proactive support for clients in regard to deadlines, budgeting, and vendor communications. Rachael is also responsible for overseeing all daily studio operations at SBHQ, while providing internal executive support. Prior to joining the SB Team, Rachael was responsible for patron subscription management for the historic Hippodrome Theatre at The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center in Baltimore, where she managed the theatre’s daily communications with over 2,000 annual subscribers. During her tenure at STEPHANIE BRADSHAW, she and the SB team have worked with clients such as, Beyoncé Carter-Knowles, Plank Industries, Weller Development, Sagamore Pendry Baltimore, Montage Hotels, and the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore. Rachael continues to strengthen her commitment to the field of event planning while empowering women entrepreneurs through events such as Baltimore Cake & Whiskey, which has continuously grown with each quarter, since it was first hosted in 2016.
