“I will never forget the day I called Stephanie Bradshaw (SB) after I got engaged. I didn't think there was a chance that this Baltimore-based wedding planner would take on the job of planning a wedding in Tulsa, OK. Well, not only did she take the job but you would never know that SB and her team hadn't been to Oklahoma or not worked with the local vendors before our planning sessions. SB and Rachael came to Tulsa twice before our wedding for planning meetings, and arrived with Ali and Jordan early in our wedding week to ensure our wedding weekend went smoothly. We had a 330 person wedding, 75% out of towners. It was over a week ago and we are still getting calls from guests that our wedding was the most beautiful and best wedding they ever attended. I didn't always dream about my wedding day, I wasn't sure what I wanted it to look or feel like. She is a true artist and has a gift for what she does. She took my visions and made them a reality, she managed my parents and my expectations even when they differed, she helped my mother-in-law plan a rehearsal dinner for 230 people, she problem solved and always reassured me everything would be ok. My wedding day was an absolute dream, almost a fairytale too good to be true and I believe I owe the majority of that to SB. Her team is FANTASTIC to work with - Rachael did more for me than I could say and her calm demeanor during the planning kept my anxiety low and helped me remain calm - exactly the kind of person I wanted with me during my wedding day. Rachael, Ali and Jordan always took my calls, texts, e-mails and chaotic pinterest-boarding during our 14 month engagement. They never got frustrated or fed up - they just kept moving forward. I am sad that my wedding is over because I will really miss these ladies! I cannot recommend SB and her team enough for wedding and event planning - they are truly the best.”

“While Stephanie & Rachael live in Baltimore, they planned our wedding in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Being the groom, I can't offer much information in terms of the details of the esthetic design, color scheme, invitations, work with vendors, etc. of the wedding. However, in all of my interactions with them, as well as the other members of the Stephanie Bradshaw team, they demonstrated impeccable professionalism and enthusiasm for planning a memorable event. You should also know that we had over 330 people, and over 250 of them were from out of town - lots of moving parts. On the day of the wedding, their preparation and calm presence ensured that nearly everything went smoothly (there will always be a few hiccups) and anything unexpected that came up was immediately addressed. This allowed my wife and I to relax and enjoy every moment. Our wedding was an overwhelming success and we owe that to Stephanie, Rachael, and the rest of their team.
On another note, Stephanie and Rachael also worked with my mother to plan our rehearsal dinner for over 230 people. Prior to the event, the venue, a country club, was in need of some physical upgrades. The SB team ensured that these were taken care of, coordinated with all of the Tulsa vendors, and provided day-of support. Just as with the wedding, feedback on the rehearsal dinner was uniformly positive - from the food, the decor, the flow of the evening, etc. I would absolutely recommend Stephanie and Rachael, and everyone else at SB, to my friends and family. Looking back, our wedding weekend was a dream and exactly as I could have hoped for. They played a major part in bringing everything together.”
