INTERIOR DESIGNER

OVERVIEW

STEPHANIE BRADSHAW is seeking an Interior Designer with experience in high-end residential and commercial projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, and detail oriented individual who can collaborate with other design professionals and act in a project management role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seamlessly coordinate with clients, other designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, and developers on multiple ongoing projects.

• Material sourcing and specification, furniture, graphic and visual presentations, in addition to developing and maintaining budgets and project timelines.

• Create project documentation for specifications, schedules, vendors, and construction administration.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 4-6+ years of experience in interiors and a degree from an accredited school.

• Passion for art, design, and an eye for detail.

• Able to clearly communicate ideas both visually and verbally.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and self-motivation.

• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients and a variety of other professionals (other designers, architects, contractors) that are collaborating on ongoing projects.

• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting set deadlines.

• Stay current with design trends and best practices.

• Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.

• SketchUp and styling experience are a plus.
